What is Future Château?

Wine. Properly made, in the vineyard, in Northern Victoria. Sparkling, Reserve Rouge, Reserve Blanc, and Blush Rosé — all 6.5% ABV.

Why 6.5%?

Because that’s the strength that lets you drink wine on a Tuesday and still feel like yourself on Wednesday. Half the alcohol of a normal bottle, all the wine.

How is it made?

From the vineyard up. We grow and pick grapes specifically for this style — we don’t just take a finished wine and strip the alcohol out. No spinning cones, no reverse osmosis. Just real winemaking. See more detail in the 'How we make wine' page.

Is it sustainable?

Yes, we are proud to be certified under the Sustainable Winegrowers Australia program.

Will it taste like wine?

Yes. The Sparkling has toast and texture. The Rouge has tannin and grip. The Blanc has weight. The Rosé is dry and savoury. None of it tastes like a compromise.

Are the wines vegan?

Yes, all four.

Calories?

Lower than standard wine — alcohol is the calorie driver. 39 kcal per glass vs around 130 in standard wine.

When should I drink Future Château?

When you’d normally pour a glass of wine but don’t want to lose tomorrow to it. School-night dinners. Long lunches. The first one of the evening. With friends, with food, on the sofa.

How should I serve it?

Sparkling — well chilled.
Reserve Blanc and Blush Rosé — chilled.
Reserve Rouge — lightly chilled or cool room temperature.

What food works?

All of it. Sparkling opens a meal. Blanc loves seafood and creamy dishes. Rosé pairs with salads and charcuterie. Rouge holds up to red meat, mushrooms, aged cheese.

How long does an open bottle last?

Treat it like any good wine. Re-sealed in the fridge, the still wines drink well for 2–3 days. Sparkling is best within 24–48 hours with a stopper.

Will I feel the alcohol?

A glass at 6.5% is roughly half a normal glass. Most people notice the difference vs full strength more in the morning than the moment. Please drink responsibly.

Is it safe?

Future Château contains alcohol and isn’t suitable during pregnancy or for anyone avoiding alcohol for medical or addiction reasons.

Do you deliver?

Yes — across the UK, usually within 1-2 working days. Cut-offs are confirmed at checkout.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Not yet. International is on the roadmap.

What if a bottle arrives damaged?

Email us and we’ll replace or refund it. Same goes for any fault with the wine itself.
